Ahead of its official release ININ Games and STUDIOARTDINK have graced us with another sneak peek at the highly anticipated Wonder Boy: Asha in Monster World. The game is scheduled to release later this year for PC, Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 both on digital shopfronts and with an exclusive physical edition thanks to Strictly Limited Games.

The new trailer introduces Asha’s speedy blue sidekick, Sonic! Sorry, we mean Pepelogoo. You can see the pair working together to overcome obstacles and solve puzzles – quite frankly it looks excellent and we can’t wait to play it.

On top of the standard physical release, a Collector’s Edition and Mega Collector’s Edition will be available for fans of the series. These very special editions will include the game and a selection of Monster World themed extras depending on which you opt for – from Maps, soundtracks, artbooks to a squishy Pepelogoo, Pins and more!

Wonder Boy Mega Collectors

The physical edition (Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4) will retail at €39.99 and includes the original Monster World IV. The Western retail release will be in Q2/2021 for North America, Europe and Australia.

The digital Switch and PS4 versions by STUDIOARTDINK will be available in EU and US through the online stores for €34.99 in Q2/2021.
