Help me, Narita Boy. You’re my only hope.

In a little over a month’s time Studio Koba’s and Team17’s highly anticipated neo-retro platformer will hit digital shopfronts. Nurita Boy will be available to purchase from March 30th on PC, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and the Xbox family of consoles. Additionally, subscribers to Xbox Game Pass service will be given release day access.

The aptly names ‘Creator’, part genius, develops a video game console called Narita One with its flagship title being a game called Narita Boy.

Narita Boy sees our titular hero wield the Techno-Sword and uncover magical powers as the duo slice their way through enemies big and small. Gameplay takes a spin on the classic tropes of the Metroid genre with imaginative backdrops that pay tribute to the 80s in a retro-futuristic world.

With distinctive visuals, inspired by Another World and Double Dragon, and a pumping synth soundtrack, Narita Boy is shaping up to be another excellent platform adventure. Will you be able to uncover the mystery of the Digital Kingdom and save the day?
