At TBG we want to help support and develop our team. The key to achieving that goal is through empowerment, allowing everyone to create quality content when they want and how they want. As a sign of our appreciation, we will select a member of the team each month to be our site champion. This will be based on a number of factors including articles published, involvement, ideas and we’ll even give a shout out to our newest members from time to time. So without further ado, this months champion is:
Wil, aka Filthy Banana, decided to join TBG in March after several conversations with our very own Lord of Shmups. He has become an active member of the team and shown support on social media every step of the way.
